Store Policies

First to Pay, First Served:

  1. We ship out and reserve orders on a first to pay basis.
  2. In the event that our stocks got sold out by the time we confirm your payment, you may opt to:
    * Secure a PRE-ORDER for the next batch
    * Exchange with another available product or store credit
    * Refund your deposit

Return/Exchange Policy:

We stand by every product we sell and your satisfaction is important to us.

  1. You may return items within three (3) days upon receipt of the item/s.
  2. We do not accept returns for refunds, only exchanges for store credit, or another available item of the same or higher value.
  3. All returns/exchanges will be subject to approval. Please send us an email prior to shipment so that we can issue the proper authorization.
  4. All returns/exchanges must have the proper authorization and must be in sellable condition:
    * in their original condition & packaging
    * have brand tags in place
    * unused, unsoiled and unwashed
  5. Any returned item that does not meet all these criteria will be sent back at your expense.
  6. The exchange shall be processed only when the item is safely returned to us.
  7. All shipping and handling fees related to Returns or Exchanges will be shouldered by the buyer.
  8. Return / exchange for any item put into layaway will be charged a PhP300.00 handling fee, except when it is grossly misrepresented.
  9. Items bought on clearance or promotion cannot be returned/ exchanged.

  3. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping. Halo Philippines will not be held liable for losses or damages incurred during transit.
